After picking you up at your hotel
At 7:30 am. 
 we go to Gamboa Town in the Soberania National Park. 
We will board a boat and sail on Gatun Lake next to the huge ships that cross the Panama Canal. 
We will admire the fauna and vegetation of the tropical forest, as well as the Monkey Island where you could admire the white-faced capuchin monkeys and the howler monkeys in their natural habitat.
Last we will learn about life and habits of the sloths and the efforts for the conservation of the species, after we visit the buttlerflies house observation living in the rainforest of Panama. 
Time to be back to your Hotel
1 pm approx.
